Winter walk - Claife Heights and Moss Eccles tarn

Meet at 11.00 am in the Village Hall car park opposite Cuckoo Brow Pub, Far Sawrey, near Hawkshead (378958).
This is a 5.5-6 mile walk along the Heights, taking in the refurbished viewing station, views over Windermere and the Fairfield Horseshoe, then dropping into the Hawkshead Valley for view of the Langdales, before passing Moss Eccles Tarn and back to the pub. Post-walk refreshments at the Cuckoo Brow, Far Sawrey.
Please bring £2 for the car park.
