Strip planked with outer mahogany veneer. Beautiful joinery and finish.
"Doris" is a canoe yawl in the style of Albert Strange and George Holmes with a lug main and mizzen on unstayed masts - a simple and effective rig for the experienced helmsman, steady, comfortable and rewarding to sail.
Buoyancy bags, sails by Goacher, travel cover and very effective cockpit cover for on the mooring.
Hoda 2.3 HP, long shaft (2020) on special bracket. Good trailer. Extras. £7,000

Reason for sale; I have bought another larger Sea Otter with a small cabin!
Marauder (previously known as a Mirror 14): This was our perfect sailing dinghy being a stable, fast (trapeze) Marauder. It is a relatively light weight 1970's designed boat when those who started sailing in MIrrors demanded a racing dinghy that would get the adrenalin flowing. It was sailed by us for one season only then completely refitted with the very latest in gear for the next season - but circumstances prevented that happening. So it was installed into a purpose designed cradle and lifted into our garage roof where it presently rests waiting for a younger person than us to take up the challenge. The fittings alone are worth more than the price we are asking though it would be a shame to destroy a perfectly good dinghy just for the fittings.
Included also are the sails, harnesses, dinghy cover, and trailer with spare wheel. At extra cost we have available a launching trolley.
The only thing needed to get your 2021 thrills is to repaint the'Go Faster White" bottom.
