Winter Walk

Ambleside and Coffin Route, 7 miles (easy)

Start Time:- 11:00am at the entrance to Rothay Park by the Primary School on Vicarage Road.

Free parking around Ambleside, Wansfell Road, Under Loughrigg, Primary School down Vicarage Road (donations), or a number of pay and display carparks around town.

Along the 'Coffin Route', passing through Rydal Hall and past Dove Cottage, into Grasmere coffee stop. Return along the shore of Grasmere and Rydal Water back to Ambleside.

Tea in Zeffirellis at 3:00pm please let James know by the Friday before if you plan to stay for food.
