John Derbyshire OBE, OK National Dinghy Champion, Olympic Coach, member of SWSC from 1969
John Derbyshire wrote in support of SWSC and subsequently sent a history of his time as a member of the club from 1969. He and Trevor Gore were close rivals and both went on to become National OK Champions and World Championship medallists in the 1980s.
