Windermere Waterhead on August 28 by invitation only

Things are progressing well at South Windermere Sailing Club's new venue at the YMCA north camp, with much of the new galley installed, new committee boat on the water, and matting down to help launching and recovery of keelboats.

However the clubhouse is still not ready to accept the large number of visitors that the iconic Waterhead race (from one end of Lake Windermere to the other and back) could attract.

Regretfully therefore we are having to restrict it to a limited number of invited guests from other local sailing clubs. We look forward to running a much bigger event in 2023.
